We have been pioneers in identifying commercial investment properties for income and add value scenarios since 1998.
In an ever changing competitive environment we have been able to adapt to market changes and acquired property in all sectors be it retail investments, offices for PD, portfolio of dental practices to developing retail with residential on upper parts.
Our expertise lies in our in-depth knowledge of the commercial property investment market. This has evolved over a period of 20 years as a result of our special relationships with our private treaty agents and London auction houses.
Our CEO Sunit Popat has been involved in property since 1988. Sunit has some 30 years’ experience in commercial and residential property markets and is frequently seen in London auction rooms. He previously worked for Harman Healy Auctioneers in the mid-1990s dealing with private treaty disposals and has a BSc Land Administration.
Sunit specialises in identifying properties with latent value and managing the asset to maximise returns.
At Suncos we are renowned for our loyalty to our professional advisors and are always looking for new opportunities to acquire good quality investments. We do not require any third party approvals and can make instant decisions on the right type of deal.
